RSR Points

Participants earn points at a rate of 1 point for every $100 spent - this might vary if you have a different earn rate. Points are valid for 2 years before they expire - when redeeming points, the oldest points come off first, to avoid expiry.

iChoose Visa

There are 2 RSR Branded card options available for purchase via the RSR website:

Single Load Visa: $50-$5,000. 12 months validity.*

Reloadable: $4999.99 standard limit. 24 months validity.**

Spending Points

You have many ways to spend points; you can purchase products on the RSR website, iChoose Visa cards, Vouchers, and use your points for “Anything’s Possible” Claims.

Account Access

If you need to gain access to your
RSR account but have trouble, contact

Minimum Purchase

A minimum purchase target of $35,000 applies before any RSR points are released to participants account.

Register for RSR

If you want to register for an RSR Rewards account, contact your local branch or sales rep to complete a registration form. To qualify for an RSR Rewards account you must have a Trade Account.

Order Queries

Orders placed through RSR Rewards have a delivery timeframe of 14 days from time of order. If you haven't received your order after 14 days and not had any delay communication, contact the RSR Rewards team.

Who can join?

Anyone who is a customer can join the RSR Loyalty Rewards Programme – ask at your local branch of J. A. Russell Ltd or Radcliffe Electrical. There is no cost or ongoing fee to be a member of the Programme; we want to reward customer loyalty and make sure you’re getting value for money when you buy from us.

How do I join?

Call into your local J. A. Russell Ltd or Radcliffe Electrical branch and talk to one of our team, or ask your sales rep about the RSR Loyalty Rewards Programme.

How does it work?

The Programme is straightforward: the more you purchase from us, the more points you earn and the more rewards you are able to redeem. Each point is worth $1, and you can earn extra points during promotions on specific products – watch out for special offers in @Source.
