What is on2Site DIRECT?
On2Site DIRECT is a dedicated ‘Online Only’ offering. We have a new ‘Online Only Warehouse’ which brings you compliant, quality products dispatched the same day and delivered DIRECT to your door or job site.
How do you access on2Site DIRECT?
You need to be a registered on2Site user to have exclusive access to the on2Site DIRECT portal.
If you are not already set up for on2Site, you can register by following this link https://www.jarussell.co.nz/Register. If you are the business owner or administrator, you will need a copy of your J. A. Russell Ltd statement for registration. If you are unable to self-register online and you do have a trade account with us, please contact our internal IT help desk on 09 357 4434 between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm weekdays.
If you are already a registered on2Site user, login to on2Site with your usual username and password. Then select on2Site DIRECT from the middle of the homepage to bulk buy from our Online Only Warehouse.
How does on2Site DIRECT work?
Login to on2Site with your usual username and password. Then select on2Site DIRECT from the centre of the homepage to shop from our Online Bulk buy range.
Easily switch modes between on2Site DIRECT and on2Site BRANCH to shop between the standard catalogue and our Online Only range.
Browse through on2Site DIRECT and add products to your cart, as per normal. Simply follow the checkout process to complete your order and your items will be delivered directly to your door, orders placed by 4pm will have the same day dispatch nationwide.
Also, look out for quantity break pricing (where available). Clicking in the Quantity box will display the price break for each bulk deal.
Can I place a single order from both catalogues?
You can shop across both on2site and on2site DIRECT in the same order. Simply create a mixed cart with items from both catalogues. Your on2Site DIRECT (Online Only) products will be indicated with an orange flag within your cart, these products will be delivered to you direct. The remaining items can be collected or delivered.
Can I collect my on2Site DIRECT Order from my local branch?
All on2Site DIRECT orders are supplied from our bulk storage facility, there is no collection option for these orders. All orders will be delivered by courier, freight free on all orders.
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund. Returned items must be in the full pack quantity, unused, in the original packaging, in saleable condition.
The fastest way to arrange a return is to simply take the items into your local J. A. Russell Ltd Branch and we will process this. Alternatively, you can Contact Us to arrange the return by courier.
Once it is received and inspected your credit will be processed and automatically applied to your account.
I have a faulty item
In the event that an item is faulty, subject to compliance with warranty conditions, simply take it into any of our branches and they will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you do backorders?
Yes. If an item is not available at the time of purchase, the item will be back ordered. We will communicate the details with you.
Do I still earn RSR Rewards points for on2Site DIRECT purchases?
All on2Site DIRECT purchases earn RSR Rewards points at a rate of 2%. This means for every $100net spent via on2Site DIRECT, you will earn 2 RSR Rewards points.
